cancellation policy

When you book your appointment, we will ask for your credit card information in order to put a hold on your appointment. Less than a 48 hour cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and “No-Shows” will be a 50% charge. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any openings, as well as keeping our stylists' schedules filled.

deposits

Several of our lengthy services require a deposit at booking. The deposit is 50% of the service and will be deducted from your final service total. If you no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

inclement weather

If we plan on closing for the day (or earlier than our posted hours), we will notify our scheduled clients through phone call, text message, or email. Our team will do the best we can to accommodate all appointments that were cancelled.
